I enjoy their nice clean shop. The groomer was very helpful as this was my first dog that i have ever had to have groomed and i didn't know what kind of haircut to get. She told me what she thought would look good and showed me pictures of the cut that she thought would look good. I was very happy with my finished dog and have already made another appointment!I love the little report cards that keep me updated on my pet! I would highly recommend this grooming shop to anyone who wants a nice clean place where their baby can be groomed!!

I was referred to this business by someone who has used them. So on 05/15/2009 I decided to give them a try and see what they are about and also see what kind of work they do. When I arrived I noticed a couple of animals that were being picked up and they seemed to all look good. So I thought that I had found a place to take my boy to get primped and cleaned( like the dog on the cottonalle toilet tissue commercial). The place looked like it is a place that is clean and neat. So I left my kid for the day to get fussed over. When I returned to pick him up initally I was a little surprised as to how he looked ( really short) it was necessary to get him cut real short because of the last place I took him they butchered him real bad. He seemed happy and relieved to be short. They apparently give you a "report card" on his visit. They say that he was a little difficult to handle (not surprising as it was his first visit to this place) I know with the second visit he would be a whole lot better as he would know them better. When I got home my wife and I looked him over and commented on how short he really was. He did look good but upon further fussing over him we spotted a really big gash on the right side of his face that looked real bad. We contacted the business to discuss what we found but was told that the groomer had already left. The girl who answered the phone what the problem was so I told her. I thought that we would get a call back to discuss the problem with him. But to my surprise NO ONE CALLED BACK NOT EVEN THE MANAGER TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. I called several times with no return calls from anyone. I finally talked to the owner of the business a week later and was SHOCKED TO FIND OUT THAT SHE IS THE ONE THAT CUASED THE INJURY AND FAILED TO NOTIFY ME OF THE INJURY. MORE SHOCKING SHE SAYS THAT SHE NEVER NOTICED THE GASH ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS FACE. THIS GASH WAS TO BIG TO NOT NOTICE IT. AFTER TALKING WITH HER I REALIZED THAT SHE DIDN'T REALLY CARE ABOUT IT AND REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. AFTER MY FIRST VISIT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PET SHOP TO ANYONE TO GO TO. THEY ARE CARELESS AND DO NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT THE PETS AND THERE CUSTOMERS. THEY FEEL THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT TO THE ANIMAL AND DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS TO THE CUSTOMER AND THEN WILL SAY THAT THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR THE CUSTOMER. A VERY POOR BUSINESS. i WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF COLORADO SO THEY ARE AWARE OF THIS AND THE BUSINESS BEHAVIOR.

Those two graff kids that work there are f*ing solid. I would let them tatt anything on me. These guys are going to be some of the top tattoo artist in the near future. Difr can pick up any type of media and tear it. (airbrush, needle, waterpaint, rattlecan, bic pen, pinto bean, etc) The bigger the tattoo they more the rip it. Just give them an idea and let them run with it. Don't worry cause they are off the hook. These guys are true artists and belong putting ink in people. Just wait till there old, they will be top notch and seriously respected.
